This page explains what happens to the details you share with us through this website. In short: we only use them to reply to you, we don’t sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who we are

This website is run by Villens Media, a property media studio creating films, photography, drone footage and social content for real estate and holiday rental agencies. For anything about your data, write to agency@villensmedia.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:

• your name, agency and e-mail address;
• the property location, the services you’re interested in, how many properties you need filmed per month and your message;
• how you found us, for example a link from Instagram or a search engine. This comes from the link you clicked, not from anything stored on your device.

We don’t ask for and don’t want sensitive information such as payment details or ID documents.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you decide to work with us, to plan your shoot. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms delivers the form to our inbox. Your enquiry passes through their servers, which may be outside the European Union, under their own privacy and security terms.
• Our e-mail provider stores the enquiry e-mail and our conversation with you.
• Our hosting provider serves this website and, like any web server, briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages.
• Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service, counts visits and clicks on the website in aggregate. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t store anything on your device. Fonts and videos are served from our own website, not from third parties.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the project and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. Just e-mail agency@villensmedia.com and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re in the EU or UK and unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
